4) Calculation Guide:
Collection 1: Collect item cost before spree close
Collection 2: Collect admin fees when items arrived in Singapore.
Taiwan to Singapore Shipping fee + Singapore Local postage fee/Meet up + handling fee

Collection 1: NT 300 (item cost) /20 (exchange rate) = S$15
Collection 2A:
S$3.00 (Taiwan to Singapore) + S$1.00 (Singapore Local) + S$2.00 (handling) = S$6.00
