4) Calculation Guide:
Collection 1: Collect item cost before spree close
Collection 2: Collect admin fees when items arrived in Singapore.
Taiwan to Singapore Shipping fee + Singapore Local postage fee/Meet up + handling fee

i.e. (example at estimated cost)
Collection 1: NT 200 (item cost) /20 (exchange rate) = S$10
Collection 2A:
S$4.80 (Taiwan to Singapore) + S$1.55(Singapore Local) + S$2.00 (handling) = S$8.35
